Community standards

Undivided Community Connect is built on trust. These standards apply to volunteers, organizations, and admins — we expect everyone to follow them.

Volunteer conduct

Please do

  • Show up on time and ready to help.
  • Treat staff, fellow volunteers, and the people you serve with respect.
  • Follow safety instructions and event guidelines.
  • Communicate early if your plans change.
  • Leave feedback that's honest and constructive.

Please don't

  • Harass, discriminate, or use slurs of any kind.
  • Promote products, parties, or unrelated causes at events.
  • Take photos of vulnerable people without consent.
  • Misrepresent your identity, skills, or affiliations.
  • Use the platform to solicit personal services.

Reporting

Every opportunity and organization page has a "Report" button. Reports go directly to our moderation team and are reviewed within a few business days. Urgent safety concerns should also be reported to local authorities.
